What to expect when buying LEGO from us
Factory sealed means the set has never been opened — all original manufacturer seals (tape, stickers, or shrink wrap, depending on the era and theme) are intact. The bricks, instructions, and any minifigures are exactly as LEGO packed them at the factory. We describe the seal type and any visible box wear honestly in each listing.
A retired set is one LEGO has officially discontinued — it's no longer produced or sold by LEGO directly. Retired sets are popular with collectors because supply is fixed and tends to shrink over time as sealed copies get opened or change hands. Many of the sets we list (such as the Death Star #75159, Apollo Saturn V #21309, and various retired Technic Porsches) fall into this category.
For sealed sets the box is the product, so we describe it carefully. Our listings note the seal status (factory sealed) and any visible wear — small dings, shelf wear, creasing, or minor crushing — with photos of any imperfections. If you have questions about a specific set's box condition before buying, contact us and we'll send additional photos.
Sealed sets ship in a fitted outer box with internal cushioning so the original LEGO box arrives in the same condition shown in the listing. Larger sets ship via ground services with tracking and signature confirmation on higher-value items. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and box size on the eBay listing.
